They called my work asked for my wife by name. I said "that is my wife you are calling for but you've called my number." They said "thank you we have another number for her." Then my mobile rang. Sales.

Around half a dozen calls a day from this number for the past few days, never leave a message but keep on calling. Research suggests it's Click Insurance trying to sell their products - I'm on TPS but that seems to make no difference to these "people"!

Got home, dialled I471 and the number listed was 0191 502 2999. Like a muppet, I rang the number back thnking that it was an important call. No answer. Just checked out the number on the Internet and found these 7 complaints, now 8 if you include mine. Should I find out who the utter moron from Infinity Integrated Solutions (yes, I rang the BT operator and got the number checked out), well, let's just say that the moron with have 252-lb of me to deal with. Annoyed? No. Furious? No. Ready to go Thermonuclear? Absolutely

Usual story, now getting these calls (all missed) having used MCNCompare for bike insurance. Funny thing is, I'm sure I put a duff number in to generate the quotes, I reckon they've got the number elsewhere. Idiots.

Unsolicited call received today at 16.09 from 'Liam' at 'Top Spot'. A Manchester number (evidently cold callers are frequently located in the Manchester/Liverpool area) and selling internet search engine optimization. As usual I put down the phone as soon as I had identified the call as 'cold' (Manchester number, caller with christian name only, unknown company, search engine optimaization, call centre background noise etc...), and he called again immediately. I lifted & replaced the receiver.

Ringing once a day - usually silent, but we don't even pick it up any more to find out. We're on the TPS, but they clearly don't care.

I bought a new mobile phone (Orange network) from Asda yesterday. I haven't even used it yet. At 12:07 today I was called by 01792 762 560. I did not get to the phone in time to take the call, so it is a 'missed call'.

Monday 9 March 12h20 we have 01202 number. phone account in my name. subscribe to Telephone Preference Service my female partner not wife took call. male caller asked "is that Mrs Wilkinson?" when told "no" he ended call.

This number called at approximately 12 noon Tuesday 9th March 2010 and the call was silent when we answered it. Prior to these calls we have registered our number with the TPS and another agency to stop silent calls
