Phoned stating it was "Mark from The Hearing Clinic".I am receiving treatment for hearing damage and thought it was from my own hospital clinic. I agreed I had hearing damage which was not my fault, and when the caller started talking about compensation I realised it was not my audiology technician. When I spoke to the supervisor and objected to them using the term "clinic" she siad this was their business name, and that they had some sort of licence/funding from the government. I asked for an address so that I could make a written complaint about what I think is a deceptive practice in obtaining medical information from me, and she called "goodbye" to me in a silly song song voice and ended the call.
