this is a mobile upgrade company and nothing to do with my mobile phone provider. This now the seventh call from them over the past two weeks. I did speak to someone there from a different phone number and and asked how they had been able to contact me, as I have only just had this number changed three weeks ago, surprisingly, they wouldn't tell me. I did ask for my number to be removed from their list, the agent didn't reply but just disconnected the call.
