I received telephone call Saturday 21 July 2013 @ 12.12 pm. Caller spoke to my husband and asked to speak with Pauline (myself). She then asked if I was Mark's mother, I then said no Kevin's mother, and at the same time thought how strange as that my son's middle name was Mark. The caller then replied and apologised for making a mistake and getting her telephone numbers muddled up. I call this trying to gain private and confidential information by defraud and will be going on to the above website to prevent this happening again. I thought we already had some kind of facility with our telephone supplier and will be looking into the fact that we are still getting disturbing phone calls.
