Very rude people. Answered phone, but quiet the other end. I suggested the caller started reading his script (which put him off). He said who he was and I said I wasn't interested and put the phondown. He then rangback and asked why I had put the phone down on him!

I answered the phone. silence.. then it started ringing as if abroad, after a couple of seconds this guy said I am ringing you about your computer !!! WTF... I put the phone straight down. dont even talk to them !!

Got a call this morning from "matthew" - as the guy sounded as if he was Indian, I very much doubt that was his real name. He said he was calling from an energy advisory service and that I qualified for a a grant. As I was on the internet at the time I asked for the company's name but it didn't seem to have a web site. When I asked for his phone number so that I could call him back (some chance!) he wouldn't give it. I'm TPS as well so I'm not sure how he got my name and address.

Asked if I was the property owner, I asked where he got my telephone number from, he replied the national telephone directory. I asked him who he was...He hung up!!

This compnay called, the guy knew my name and said I had been awarded a grant for home insulation as my property is over 10 years old, I said this cannot be right as my house wasbought as a new build only3 1/2 years ago he then went on to ask who supplied my gas & electric I said why doesthis concern you and he said he is doing a survey....yet 2 minutes ago he was offering grants! I said I do not want to disclose any information and I would be hanging up to which he said you are not listening this is only a survey why are you so worried, I said I have to go go now and he kept rambling on not listening to a word I said so I hung up .....this was 10 minutes ago, they havent called back...yet

Luckily when the phone rang I was otherwise occupied, later tried 1471 to find this number 01800 509652, Googled it to find this excelent site. Had I of spoken to them I would have been livid it was 3.15pm EASTER bloody Monday afternoon and we also are tpm'd

They're still calling - how brainless are they?

same problesm as others have reported - offering 50 % discount on home insulation, wont take no for an answer,became rude and then asked to speak to my wife!!!! kept ringing back. Best way to deal with them is to tell the to go forth and multiply!

I was called mid afternoon today. The caller knew my name and address. I said no to home insulation & replaced the phone. I was phoned again & declined again. I did not answer the next three calls which came one on top of the other. I answered the next call to magnificent abuse. "Shut up & listen - Your listening skills are too bad - you are good for nothing - this is my job you must listen - I have rights too etc. etc." I twice asked for the callers name & company & twice was refused. I said I was hanging up & would report this abuse. The caller shouted I was a liar. I hung up & contacted my local to police.

Pestered by repeat calls inspite of being Ex-Directory and registered TPS. Surely if I say I'm not interested then I won't be interested 2 mins later. Very annoying company.

After listening and realising sales call, hung up, was called back hung up again, 3rd time I let him speak again to be told to "f***off*. High professional

Grant Advisory Services. I asked to be removed from their database but still receive calls. Last call was from Tony Brown. They say they work with the utility companies. They also say that they will have KHI Limited install loft insulation with a 50% grant from the government. I asked if I could use a different company and they said no. This is obviously a sales call and I reminded them I had signed up with the TSP (several years ago). I asked to have my number removed from the database and speak to a supervisor. Tony Brown then hung up.

They keep calling me, i tell them im not interested and im registered TPS yet they still call!!
