    Despite being registered on the Telephone Preference List as Not wanting cold canvassing calls This number (02031399008) calls upto 12 times in any 24h period at a frequency of between 30mins and about 2hrs. They are silent calls. Do they really expect to get business by harrassing techniques like this!
