    This caller rang yesterday 25.02.11, with a recorded message saying:"Enter your calling card number". Who are they, and how do I stop them?

    Silent call. we are on the list so that we do not receive these calls!!!

    cold call, ignored fact I'm on telephone preference service, said he was calling on behalf of a phone company, wanted to talk about lowering my phone bills. Lots of complaints online about this number.
