    Recieved phone call from this number; have had calls before, but this is the first time I have answered without checking who is calling. Previous experience is that the phone rings and rings off to quickly to answer. This occasion has resulted in me saying hello and getting no response; although I can here a lot of talking in the background. I can only assume the ploy is for me to ring back and be stung for a premium rate.
