    I put down the phone immediately I realised it was telemarketing. Later I picked up the phone to make a call and found the recording still in evidence. Presume one has to disconnect one's phone completely to disconnect from the telemarketing?? How do I get reimbursed for the £2.110 O am being charged by BT?
