2 complaints - Freephone Numbers
I am being called up to 10 times a day from this number (0800 3897812), asking for someone I don't know. They call between 8am and 8pm 7 days a week. It's confirmed as HSBC, I google'd the CEO of HSBC and found the following email address for him: Paul Thurston, Chief Executive managingdirectoruk@hsbc.com I got a reply from chiefexecutivehsbcbank@hsbc.com, someone called Lorna who appears to be his PA. She forwarded my complaint to a Senior Manager for the Service Quality Team, a Mr David C Webb, based at an office in Sheffield. He apologised profusely and promised he'd removed my telephone number from their automated diallers and they'd stop calling. That was 2 weeks ago - and indeed the calls did stop - though disappointingly they've just started again. I've emailed him again but got his out of office - and I'm so angry with HSBC now that I've contacted the police, BBC Watchdog, the Financial Services Ombudsmen and 3 local newspapers to complain about it. But, if anyone wants to know how to get your complaint through to someone at HSBC thats more than a pleb saying "just don't pick up the phone" - the managingdirectoruk email address above is the one you need.
Borg like drones from india calling and repeating a pre-composed script such as "Resistance is futile! You will be assimilated!" even after you have said that you are standing right next to the call operative and that you know and can see that they are sitting at desk completely Neked maybe resistance is futile as you are not dealing with a human but a drone behind which major corporations hide behind. BLASPHEMERS!
