at 7:45 in the evening the caller rang asking for Mr Benjamin, I informed her that he was out and would not be back until late, she did not leave her name nor a message. The caller then rang back at 8:00 again asking for Mr Benjamin, I gave her the same message then asked if she was the same person who had called a sort while ago, without a word she put the phone down. I cannot abide rudeness, it's obvious this person does not understand the English language and needs training on how to speak to people over the phone.
