I HAVE TRIED TWICE TO RING THIS NUMBER FOR A DELIVERY FOR AN ORDER FROM HOMEBASE AND AFTER BEING PUT ON HOLD FOR BETWEEN 5 AND 10 MINS EACH TIME WAS JUST CUT OFF.THE REASON i HAD TO RING WAS BECAUSE THEY HAD MESSED UP MY ORIGINAL DELIVERY AND HOMEBASE WAS NO HELP .WILL NEVER USE HOMEBASE OR ANY COMPANY THAT USES THIS CARRIER AGAIN

rang to arrange delivery as requested in que for ten minutes then automated message saying next to be answered and then cut off twice now 1655hrs been trying since 1630hrs not impressed at all .......wankers just cut me off again

called this number using skype as it was an 0845 number, and it cut me off 3 times, just as i was told by automated voice that my call was in a queue and important to them. I had called to confirm timings for delivery of my wickes order.
