Sarah I too am glad that I found this site! When I explained politely that I didn't need a new kitchen the woman just put the phone down - extremely annoying - she had the sales patter but obviously missed the last part of the training course!

Who wants a cold call on a Friday night when the caller is so disinterested /the call is so pointless that nobody speaks? Presumably useless automated call system or caller gets paid for dialling a phone number.

Ell I've complianed about this company before. This time a woman rang, and tried to offer me a kitchen. When I explained that I'm TPS registered she hung up mid sentence. She sounded like a real idiot, very slow-speaking...
