The above number (0870 73333 555) is for a national railway helpdesk, however if you dial the number it is ALWAYS routed directly to my home phone (0121 605 5656). By have informed my that Colt Telecom have put a divert on the phone inadvertantly, however Colyt have contacted me saying this is incorrect and it is BT's fault. Please can someone look at this as I'm sick and tired of these calls and I really dont want to change my home number yet again!! Thanks Gareth Hughes
