Constantly getting phone calls from Phillips telling me that "You still have 3 penalty points outstanding" and to phone back with a ref number "1548623957" which on keying in is always wrong and keeps asking for a re-entry. Is this a skam to make money using this number or is it sheer incompetence? This phone is a business line in common use by many of my clients some of whom could get very worried about a possible penalty or debt.
Same as before voice text saying we owe money. Says its Phillips calling.
