This is an auto-dialer with an old fashioned (very convincing) speaking clock accent proportion to be from "British Telecom" informing me that there is a security breach on my PC. "For assistance press 1, to hang up press 2", thereby confirming your identy. As neither my broadband nor phone line are with British Telecom" alarm bells were sounded. The number is probably a mask as searches reveal it to be unallocated. The only conclusion is that the caller is nefarious and is after the contents of your wallet.
