This number has appeared as a charge of £0.21 every Tuesday on my last quarterly bill. We have not dialed this number. How do we stop it?

i am so sorry about this complaint but after more investigation i have found out that this charge is quite ok it is to do our care home package when the battery runs low an alarm call goes through to the care system and this is what you arecharged for if you notice all the people being charged are elderly sorry eric aged 76

for last two months i have been charged for phone calls not used by my phone this plainly a con more people should know about it and get it stopped

This number regularly appears on my elderly mothers bill, but now in the last few weeks since she has been in hospital it has been dialled 3 times on the same day each week at approx. the same time. Her home is securely locked and I am the only key holder, so how is this number being dialled? As her bill is on the anytime plan with BT she is not being charged but BT must be suffering the cost. Should they not do something about this?

This number appeared on my aged mothers account (she is 91 with severe dementia) the amount was 42 calls amounting to £7.75 my mother would not have phoned this number and when I tried the number (so did BT) all you can hear are a lot of clicking.BT have requested a Credit for my mother's account and they have placed a "call barring" on the number so hopefully this will not happen again -this appears to be some type of scam and others are also having the same problem.

This number has appeared on my elderly mother's phone bill several times since October 2008. We phone BT and they agree to credit the charges. When I tried phoning the number from my mobile it does not ring - just some clicks and whirrs then it is cut off. BT tried it also with the same result. BT were unable to tell me who the number was registered to and were unable to launch an investigation as call value was less than £10.00. BT is making money from this number but we are definitely not dialling it!!!!

This number has appeared on my home phone bill at a time and date when I was not within 100 miles of my phone?

this number is on my phone bill and I have not rung it ever! the times are all inbetween 0730 and 0845 in general
