I've had several calls from this number at all times of the day and night and like everyone else said it's a fax. I called them today on the 0800 number and explained that I don't have a fax and they (very politely) immediately said that they would remove my number from their database - we shall see...

calls started again after promising to remove my number. they are Clear Debt Solutions .you can call them on 08002300981 where you will probably get a rude woman as i did hey its an 0800 no why not call them again & again & again

They send a fax signal to our phone that is not a fax phone. Who can I contact to report them. We are registered wth caller preference.

Keeps calling me and leaves a message. When i call back it sounds like a fax machine.

on numerous occasions this number has rang me but just incessant beeps which go on for a couple of minutes thus blocking my phone. My phone is a taxi office and I cant afford to have it blocked

We get constant calls from this number with the fax tone. It apparantly belongs to a debt recovery agency, they have a website where yo can supposedly notify them to remove your number from their database but I have accessed this and it does not work.

We are receiving 'fax tone' calls from this number, serveral times each day, sometimes several times within an hour. When you try to call the number back, it is either busy or you get a 'dead' tone.

I am a pensioner and I too have been bothered by calls in the evening from this number ... No one on the other end ..... and I always get the engaged tone when trying to call them back to complain

this number rang us on 11/11/10 at 8:35 and when answered got beeping from the other end.

constant calls with bleeping at other end when answeered. My mother is retired and in ill health and is also ex directory. This situation is totally unacceptable. What can we do to prevent this situation?

My 84 year old mother-in-law has been receiving calls from the above number at least twice a day for two weeks now she is so worried as there is nobody at the other end when she answers and as she is partly deaf and blind she has worked herself up into a terrible state. I am now, of course, looking into the matter to try to stop it immediately.

Fax machine calling ex-directory number also registered with TPS. Apparently a 'debt management' company. Surprise.

as i am x directory i do not expect to be contacted by telemarketing companies!!!!!!
