A lady with a clearly Indian accent, that didn't identify her company. Wanted to help me with a claim for the 'accident I had in the last two years'. When I asked what accident she was referring to, she told me she couldn't give out that information because of the 'UK data protection act'. When I informed her that I hadn't been involved in any such accident, and asked why she believed that I had, she asked me why I was being rude. I continued to press her on where she got her information, but she ended the call.
